Tickets are sold through Square and confirmed by email. Your confirmation email is your ticket; bring it on your phone to check-in. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of plans, illness, travel problems, or weather. The only exception is if we cancel the entire event, in which case you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Passes are transferable to another person at no charge until November 18, 2026. Email us from the address you bought with, tell us the new attendee's full name and email, and we will update the registration. After November 18 transfers are not possible. Jack & Jill entries transfer the same way but only within the same role (lead to lead, follow to follow).
Artists, DJs, venues, and times are subject to change for reasons outside our control (travel, health, venue availability). We will announce any change on @bachatalevelingusa and by email. Changes do not qualify for refunds. If a venue changes, the replacement will be within Salt Lake or Utah County.
Bachata Leveling USA is an 18+ event. ID may be requested at check-in and at the socials.
Our Studio Code of Conduct applies to every workshop and social. In short: be kind, respect boundaries, keep touch within what is taught, arrive sober, let the instructors teach, and tell us right away if anything feels off. Harassment or threatening behavior means removal from the event with no refund.
Photographers and videographers will be working throughout the weekend. By attending, you agree that Dawn Dancing Studio LLC and Bachata Leveling may use photos and video in which you appear for promotion of this and future events, on social media, websites, and printed materials, without payment. If you do not want to appear, tell us at check-in and we will do our best to avoid featuring you, but we cannot guarantee it at crowded socials. Attendees may film social dancing with their partner's permission; please do not film full workshop routines.
Check in at Arlington Hall on Friday from 6:30 PM or at your first workshop. You will receive a wristband; keep it on all weekend. Lost wristbands are replaced only with your confirmation email and ID.
Entry requires a Full Pass. Partners are drawn at random and the DJ chooses the music. Judges' decisions are final. Full rules are posted before the event on @bachatalevelingusa.
Please read carefully. This affects your legal rights. Purchasing a ticket or attending constitutes acceptance.
I understand that partner dancing, workshops, and social dancing involve physical activity and risk of injury, including but not limited to sprains, falls, collisions with other dancers, and heat or fatigue. I voluntarily choose to participate and accept these risks. I confirm that I am physically able to participate and will stop and seek help if I feel unwell.
To the fullest extent permitted by Utah law, I release and hold harmless Dawn Dancing Studio LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers, the visiting and local artists and DJs, and the event venues and their staff (together, the "Released Parties") from any claim, loss, or liability for injury, illness, death, or damage to or loss of property arising from my participation in or attendance at Bachata Leveling USA, except where caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of a Released Party.
If I am injured or become ill and am unable to make decisions, I authorize event staff to arrange first aid or emergency medical care on my behalf. I am responsible for any resulting medical costs.
I am responsible for my own belongings. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
I grant the Released Parties the right to photograph and record me during the event and to use those images and recordings as described in section 6 of the event policies.
I agree to follow the Code of Conduct and understand that violating it may result in removal without refund.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

Los boletos se venden a través de Square y se confirman por correo electrónico. Tu correo de confirmación es tu boleto; tráelo en tu teléfono al registro. Todas las ventas son finales. Bachata Leveling USA es un evento para mayores de 18 años. Se puede solicitar identificación en el registro y en los sociales.
Nuestro Código de Conducta del estudio aplica a todos los talleres y sociales. En resumen: sé amable, respeta los límites, mantén el contacto dentro de lo que se enseña, llega sobrio, deja que los instructores enseñen y avísanos de inmediato si algo se siente mal. El acoso o comportamiento amenazante implica expulsión del evento sin reembolso.
Habrá fotógrafos y camarógrafos durante todo el fin de semana. Al asistir, aceptas que Dawn Dancing Studio LLC y Bachata Leveling usen fotos y videos en los que aparezcas para promocionar este y futuros eventos, en redes sociales, sitios web y materiales impresos, sin pago. Si no quieres aparecer, avísanos en el registro y haremos lo posible por no destacarte, aunque no podemos garantizarlo en sociales concurridos. Los asistentes pueden grabar baile social con permiso de su pareja; por favor no graben las rutinas completas de los talleres.
Regístrate en Arlington Hall el viernes desde las 6:30 PM o en tu primer taller. Recibirás una pulsera; consérvala todo el fin de semana. Las pulseras perdidas solo se reponen con tu correo de confirmación e identificación.
La inscripción requiere Full Pass. Las parejas se asignan al azar y el DJ elige la música. Las decisiones de los jueces son finales. Las reglas completas se publican antes del evento en @bachatalevelingusa.
Lee con atención. Esto afecta tus derechos legales. Comprar un boleto o asistir constituye aceptación.
Entiendo que el baile en pareja, los talleres y el baile social implican actividad física y riesgo de lesiones, incluyendo entre otros esguinces, caídas, choques con otros bailarines, calor o fatiga. Elijo participar voluntariamente y acepto estos riesgos. Confirmo que estoy en condiciones físicas de participar y que me detendré y pediré ayuda si me siento mal.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley de Utah, libero y eximo de responsabilidad a Dawn Dancing Studio LLC, sus dueños, personal y voluntarios, a los artistas y DJs invitados y locales, y a las sedes del evento y su personal (en conjunto, las "Partes Liberadas") de cualquier reclamo, pérdida o responsabilidad por lesión, enfermedad, muerte o daño o pérdida de propiedad derivado de mi participación o asistencia a Bachata Leveling USA, salvo cuando sea causado por negligencia grave o conducta dolosa de una Parte Liberada.
Si me lesiono o enfermo y no puedo tomar decisiones, autorizo al personal del evento a gestionar primeros auxilios o atención médica de emergencia en mi nombre. Soy responsable de los costos médicos resultantes.
Soy responsable de mis pertenencias. Las Partes Liberadas no se hacen responsables por objetos perdidos, robados o dañados.
Otorgo a las Partes Liberadas el derecho de fotografiarme y grabarme durante el evento y de usar esas imágenes y grabaciones como se describe en la sección 6 de las políticas del evento.
Acepto seguir el Código de Conducta y entiendo que incumplirlo puede resultar en expulsión sin reembolso.
Este acuerdo se rige por las leyes del Estado de Utah. Si alguna parte se considera inválida, el resto sigue vigente.
